Although we work closely with our suppliers to ensure quality, the fulfillment, quality, and timely dispatch of the Product is the responsibility of the supplier. 6. Shipping and Delivery

Our logistics network, powered by third-party logistics providers, covers over 96% of India’s pin codes, reaching more than 2,500 towns and cities. Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of purchase; actual delivery times may vary based on location and supplier availability. The risk of loss and title for Products passes to you upon our transfer of the Product to the carrier.

7. 7-Day Return Policy

Eligibility: You may request a return for eligible Products within 7 days from the date of delivery. The Product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
